This Privacy Policy describes how SAMUI ROBOTICS COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Bravo Kids mobile application ("the App"). We take your privacy — and especially your children's privacy — seriously.
We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including special protections for children under 16 (GDPR-K), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information provided by parents
When you (the parent or guardian) create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address (via Google or Apple Sign-In)
- Profile picture (optional, chosen from preset avatars or uploaded)
- Family name and any parental role you select
2.2 Information provided about children
Parents may create child profiles inside the App. For each child, parents provide:
- Child's first name or nickname
- Child's age
- Avatar (chosen from preset options)
We do not collect children's last names, contact information, location, or any other directly identifiable data. Children do not create accounts themselves; their access is mediated entirely by the parent.
2.3 Content created within the App
- Tasks, gifts, and reward configurations set by parents
- Photo proofs uploaded by children when completing tasks
- Comments children may attach to task completions
- Coin balances and purchase history
Photos uploaded by children are stored privately and visible only within your family. They are never used for advertising, training AI models, or any external purpose.
2.4 Technical information

- App version
- Anonymous analytics events (e.g., feature usage, crashes)
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
- Operate the App and provide its core features
- Sync data across devices within the family
- Process subscription payments (via Apple App Store / Google Play)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use child or family data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sell it to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — backend, authentication, database, file storage. Firebase Privacy

These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are obligated to handle data only as instructed by us.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Bravo Kids is designed to be used by families. We require that any account holder is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). The parent or legal guardian must:
- Create the family account
- Provide and verify all information about children
- Grant explicit consent to data processing as described in this policy
Children do not interact with third-party advertising, marketing, in-app purchases, or any external links. Photos children take stay within the family and are not shared.
Under COPPA, parents have the right to:
- Review the personal information collected about their child
- Request deletion of their child's information
- Refuse further collection of information from their child

6. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data — including children's profiles, photos, and content — is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and your children
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the App (Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing support@samuirobotics.tech.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest (Firebase), strict access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to protect your data.
10. International Data Transfers
Data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure, which may store data in multiple regions worldwide. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful mechanisms for international data transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App and/or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
